Kenya expect first ever medal in Javelin from Julius Yego in Beijing games

Julius Yego
Some years back, i believe if you thought of Kenya wining any medal in field events, people would have said you are day dreaming. This was because not a single Kenyan had any faith in those events until one Julius Yego showed up from no where.
Yego was burn in Nandi District an area that is known to produce great athletes for middle and long distances, thus its everyone amazement how he ended up throwing javelin. Yego won Kenya national junior championship in 2006 when he threw the javelin to 67m, that was a new junior record. This i believe give him more urge to to do javelin and he never disappointed when he was called for national duty in 2010 held in Nairobi where he won a bronze with a throw of 74.51m
In 2011 and without a couch, and still training himself  through "You Tube" , he won a fourth straight title in Kenya trials and went on to all Africa games and became the first Kenyan champion in the event, throwing  a Kenya national record of 78.34 and crashing the fourteen year old record of Paul Lagat. In respect of this, IAAF offered him a six month scholarship to train alongside elite in Europe.
Julius Yego became the first Kenyan to win a gold medal in Commonwealth games in 2014, this was after he finished at position four at world championship in 2013.
In June 7th,2015 in Birmingham (Alexander),GBR championship, he threw an amazing throw of 91.39m which is the best in the world laking so far this year and stands at position nine of all times. I believe for the first time Kenya will have a medal in field event and no doubt will be courtesy of "You Tube man", Julius Yego.
