Kenya Expects to add Gold Medals 1500m men

Today at 14:55 , Kenya will parend her great runners in 1500, against others runners from all over the world. There are two heats with each heat having 12 runners. From each group, first five will automatically qualify for the finales plus next two fastest . .
Kenya will be represented in both heats. Heat one, the world and Olympic champion Asbel Kiprop will team up with Silas kiplagat and in heat two Timothy Cheruiyot and Elijah Manangoi.
The interesting part of this race is that Asbel is doing wonders in recent months and has a BP of 3:26.69, Silas Kiplagat has a BP 3:27.64, Elijah Managoi has a PB of 3:29.67 and Timothy Cheruiyot has 3:34.86, he is the slowest of all Kenyans. Am seeing a scenario where Kenya will have three runners in the finales and it will be for Kenyans to blame if Gold and silver will will not be pocketed.
This does not mean that there will be no stiff competitions, no Nicholas Wills from Netherlander with a PB of 3:29.66 will be in the picture trying to spoil the party for Kenyans, Aman Wote from Ethiopia with PB of 3:29.91 and Abdalaati Iguider , PB 3:28.79 will also try and be on the podium. One thing clear is that the Kenyans have an advantage has each time this runners tries to go fast, the Kenya team has ability to match it and it will be a no worry race for Kenyans if it goes faster, the worry can be if it goes slow with hopes of finales kicks , this might affect Silas Kiplagat but i believe Asble has learnt his lesson well.
So lets wait and see in the next feminutes what will happen.
